CHANGES

If you wish to change a product, you will have a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of the invoice. It is important that the product does not show any evidence of use and has the original labels and packaging.

If evidence of use is presented, MOAN GROUP S.A.S reserves the right not to make the change.

To manage the change, you must contact us through our WhatsApp line +57 3182075085 and send the product by secure means to our facilities. The cost of shipping and returning the product to our facilities must be assumed by the customer.

Please note that:

● Products purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.

● To receive further instructions about the care of your product and/or concerns about warranty or exchange policies, you can write to us at ladyangarita.shop@gmail.com

● MOAN GROUP S.A.S reserves the right to modify its change or claim policies.

GUARANTEES

Keep in mind that your product requires special care to ensure its longevity. We recommend that you carefully read the washing instructions that are specified on the label that you will find inside the garment.

The warranty for our products applies only to material or manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover claims that result from deterioration due to use of the product or incidental or indirect damages, regardless of the cause.

Warranty coverage for our products is (3) months from the date of invoice issuance.

LAW OF WITHDRAWAL

As established in Law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, Lady Angarita offers its customers the possibility of retracting their non-face-to-face purchases within a period of 5 business days from the delivery of the product. The process to request a withdrawal is as follows:

1. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.

2. You must send an email within 5 business days after receiving the product to ladyangarita.shop@gmail.com

or contact us through our WhatsApp: +57 3182075085, with the following information: Full name, ID number, email, cell phone number, invoice number and reason for the return.

3. Our team must analyze the reason for the return and after this, the customer will receive a response with the instructions to follow.

4. If the withdrawal request is approved, you must send the product to our facilities and the quality control process will be carried out, which takes approximately 3 business days. When the status of the product is determined; The money will be refunded, which may take up to 30 business days.

The cost of return shipping of the product must be assumed by the customer, as established by the relevant law.

INCONSISTENCY WITH YOUR ORDER

If you receive a product with different characteristics than what is described on the website or non-face-to-face sales, the procedure to request a product change is as follows:

● Within 2 days after receiving the product, you must take photos that prove that you have received the wrong garment, size or color and send them to ladyangarita.shop@gmail.com

or through our WhatsApp line: +57 3182075085, along with the order and/or invoice number.

● Once it is verified that the product arrived incorrectly, we will send you a collection guide and we will take care of collecting the product in the same place where it was delivered and once the product is collected, the correct product will be sent. This operation will have no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation of a purchase is only made if MOAN GROUP S.A.S is not able to send the product to the customer due to lack of inventory and/or another reason of force majeure. If this happens, the customer will be notified and the money will be refunded. Money back times vary depending on the payment method used. The customer can choose between the following refund methods.

● Bank Deposit: The account holder must be the same one who made the purchase at www.ladyangarita.com or non-face-to-face purchase.

Refund delivery time is approximately 30 business days.
